- What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to begin your relaxation. We encourage you to shower prior to your spa service. Showering after is optional but recommended. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service that ends as scheduled, to not inconvenience our next guest.
- What is the minimum age?
Spa guests 18 years and older are welcome in all areas of the spa, including locker rooms, Relaxation Room, Tranquility Lounge, treatment center, and Aguamiel adult pool.
- Is there a relaxation room before or after my treatment?
Yes, we offer separate relaxation lounges for men and women, as well as a coed relaxation lounge. You are welcome to unwind before and after your treatment in any of these serene spaces.
- What type of environment can I expect?
Agave, The Arizona Spa is an adult environment of tranquility and relaxation. We respect the rights of all guests to privacy and a quiet environment. Mobile phones and camera are not permitted in any treatment rooms, locker rooms, or relaxation lounges. Thank you for honoring our digital device free spa. Your presence and mindfulness are appreciated.
- Do you offer day passes?
All guests that book 50-minute or longer service will have access to the facility and amenities. Day passes are $100, based on availability. Please call ahead to ensure availability.
- Do you offer treatments that are safe during pregnancy?
We have treatments that expectant mothers may enjoy AFTER the first trimester. We advise avoiding treatments using deep pressure or heat.Facial treatments and nail treatments are available at any time during pregnancy.
- Who can use the Westin Workout?
The Westin Workout is available for Resort guests 24/7.Spa guests that are not staying with us at the Resort have access to the Westin Workout during Spa business hours.Agave Spa members will have access to the Westin Workout 24/7. Please see membership page for more details on how to sign up.
- What can guests purchase at the Spa boutique?
Featured items for women and men include facial skincare products and tools, makeup, sunscreen, swimwear, loungewear sleepwear, robes, active wear, yoga wear, jewelry, candles and gifts.The Spa Boutique is located in the Spa. The Spa Wellness Shop is located in the resort, lobby-level next to FedEx.All guests and locals are welcome to shop our Spa Boutique and Wellness Shop.
- Do you offer gift cards?
Give the gift of wellness. Guests and locals are welcome to purchase a gift card in-person at the Spa or Wellness Shop.
- Do you have a pool?
Before or after your service lounge poolside at our Adult only Aguamiel Pool. Add to your blissful day by booking a cabana.
